Alliance Bank Central Texas Welcomes Jesica Garza as Senior Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager
Waco, Texas (January 14, 2026)—Alliance Bank Central Texas (Alliance Bank), a client-focused community commercial bank serving businesses and residents across Central Texas, is proud to welcome Jesica Garza as Senior Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager, effective January 14, 2026.
Garza is a senior lending professional with deep experience in commercial and residential real estate lending, underwriting and relationship-based banking. She joins the Georgetown leadership team, working alongside Market President Keith Odom and Kevin Pitts, Senior Vice President and Commercial Relationship Manager.

Growing up in a family of builders in Georgetown, construction lending became a natural career focus. Garza is known for her ability to structure complex loans, deliver practical and creative financing solutions and guide clients through every stage of the lending process. She has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to borrowers, developers, business owners and real estate professionals. Her work has been recognized with multiple professional honors, including Mortgage Industry Professional of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Austin and Top Mortgage Professional by Austin Monthly Magazine.

Garza is deeply committed to her community. She is an alumna of Leadership Georgetown through the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce and remains actively involved in local service and leadership efforts. She also supports Flatwater, a Central Texas nonprofit founded by her husband that provides access to mental health therapy for families facing a cancer diagnosis.
Garza graduated from Texas State University with a degree in international relations and economics. She continues to call Georgetown home, where she lives with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys time with family, staying active through CrossFit and unwinding with a good book.
