The Bank Note - November 2021

Connecting with Shareholders of Alliance Bank Central Texas

November 2021

Message from Todd Moore

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:

In October the board of directors took bold action that speaks volumes about our bank’s direction and prospects for the future.   They authorized the issuance of $20 million in holding company stock to inject capital into the bank to support future growth.  Please read the details and look for the offering circular coming to your email or mailbox.

To maximize the opportunity this new capital brings to increase the value of your shares, please review every deposit account, loan and banking service you own, or influence, and move that business to your bank.

We intend to sell the new shares to those who bank with us, and have helped us build and grow the bank, and your investment.

As shareholders and users of banking services we collectively have the ability to directly impact our own stock price.  If we had all of the banking business of our shareholder group of over 200 people, we would be even 50% larger and more profitable.

Please ask yourself why you are spending your money with anyone but yourself, then give me a call at 254-722-2300 and let’s get you moved over to your bank before year end!
