We are Upgrading to Better Serve You System Upgrades Set for June 16-19, 2023

Alliance Bank Central Texas is pleased to announce that we are upgrading our core banking system Friday, June 16 through Monday, June 19, 2023. This new system will bring together a wide-range of specialized upgrades, access to new product features, and will create a more efficient client experience.

What is a core banking system?

Our core banking system is the computer software that performs our major banking functions. This includes the processing of deposit transactions, loan payments, tracking loan history, maintaining client information, creating statements, maintaining our online and mobile banking, and much more.

What do I need to do to prepare?

We expect minimal interruptions to occur during the upgrade.  Additional information on timing can be found below. While most of the system changes will occur behind the scenes, you will notice some enhancements and added features to our online and mobile banking systems after the upgrade. Our significant investment in this system is aimed at improving the products and services available to our clients, with a complete solution built on modern architecture and technology.

SYSTEM UPGRADE AT A GLANCE:  IMPORTANT DATES

Friday, June 16 to Sunday, June 18

  • Account Access will be unavailable for the entire weekend beginning at 7:00 PM on Friday, June 16, 2023 (including the Monday Federal Holiday).
  • Internet banking, mobile banking, and Treasury Management will also be unavailable for the entire weekend beginning at 7:00 PM on Friday, June 16, 2023 (including the Monday Federal Holiday).
  • Debit cards WILL continue to work at ATMs and for point-of-sale purchases; however, account balances will not be available.
  • Bank will be closed on Saturday, June 17

Monday, June 19

  • Bank will be closed due to the Federal Holiday.
  • Call Center will be open from 9 am to noon.
  • Account Access will be unavailable for the entire weekend beginning at 7:00 PM on Friday, June 16, 2023 (including the Monday Federal Holiday).
  • Internet banking, mobile banking, and Treasury Management will also be unavailable for the entire weekend beginning at 7:00 PM on Friday, June 16, 2023 (including the Monday Federal Holiday).
  • Debit cards WILL continue to work at ATMs and for point-of-sale purchases; however, account balances will not be available.

Tuesday, June 20

  • Account access will be restored and all locations will open with normal business hours.
  • Internet banking, mobile banking, and Treasury Management will be restored.
